When the keyword is more important than the best, search engines may confuse the keyword frequency with the term stuffing. Therefore, we must be careful not to have too many keywords of the main content or minor search terms. For example, if a word occurs 5 times in a 200-word sentence, the frequency is 2.5%. While not a perfect keyword, SEO recommends a keyword density of 3-4%.  Keyword Affinity: The distance between two terms on a web page is measured by keyword affinity.

The best way to use long-form content is with a blog. They have  lower search volume than general keywords, but when lots of long keywords come together, we get more traffic with  high conversion rates.
